Chimney Cleaning Reno was founded in 2011 by a CSIA-certified chimney sweep who had spent years working for larger companies and growing frustrated with the same pattern — technicians incentivized to upsell, customers pressured into services they did not need, and a company culture that valued revenue over relationship.
